Travelling to Europe in 2020?

There have been a significant outbreak of MEASLES number of European Countries. All travellers who have not previously had 2 doses of a measles containing vaccine (e.g. the MMR) should consider being vaccinated before travel. Don't forget to leave enough time to order your repeat prescriptions before your holidays and MOST IMPORTANTLY, take your medications on holiday with you!

Online Services

Online Services

We provide online access to:

  • Repeat Prescriptions
  • Online Appointment Booking
  • Cancel Appointments Online
  • View your Medical Records

All patients over 16 can register to use Online Services with EMIS Patient Access Online.

You will need a username and password to use this service which can only be supplied to the named patient not a representative. You will need to bring photo ID (where possible) and proof of your address before we will be able to issue you a password and once received you will be able to log onto and access the online services.

Once you have received your password you will be able to log onto the new online services.

Access to your full coded medical record is available by request using the form available from reception. Once the form has been completed we will activate the option against your online account.

Access for Children Under 16 

When access to a medical record for children is requested we have to establish parental responsibility and right of access to the child’s record. In light of this and to protect the confidentiality of the patient’s record we will no longer be providing access to children's records for those patients under 16. 

This means that any existing online accounts for those patients under 16 will be suspended until they choose to register themselves from the age of 16. 

This policy is deemed in the child's best interests as they may not be able to maintain confidentiality of their medical record at home. 

Exceptions to this will be made by the GP if this is deemed necessary and you should contact the practice for further information.
