To request an urgent appointment for today: (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:30pm)

• Use our appointment request form  We will clinically triage your request on the same day. Please note you may receive a response to your email address, please remember to check your junk mail
• If you are unable to complete an online form please phone us on 01527 575800 or visit the surgery and speak with a Care Navigator

For the following conditions please visit A&E or call 999:

·         Sudden onset chest pain  

·         Shortness of breath and they cannot complete sentences on the phone  

·         Fall and they have been unable to get off the floor 

·         Stroke symptoms – FAST 

·         Unconscious patient/ collapse 

·         A floppy lethargic child  

·         Fitting/seizure  

·         A child with a new non-blanching rash 

·         Possible fracture- injury to a joint and they are unable to walk

If you feel you need a home visit, please telephone before 12:00pm midday. Your request will be assessed by a senior clinician. Examining you in the surgery is much better than examining you in your own home. We do encourage patients to attend the surgery wherever possible.

Some appointments are available outside of our normal opening hours. Appointments may be earlier in the morning, later in the evening, or at weekends. You may be seen here at the surgery or at BHI Parkside. Appointments are provided by Bromsgrove and District Primary Care Network.
