Urgent Appointments Within 24 hours
On the day appointments can be face to face in person, a telephone call, or over a video link. You can request an urgent on the day appointment in one of the following ways:

Request an urgent appointment by calling 01527 575800. If you have a medical emergency you can call us from 8:00am

Visit Reception during opening hours

Online requests are NOT accepted for urgent on the day appointment requests
Our Healthcare Navigators will ask you why you are contacting us and how they can best help you. They will ensure you are booked in with the most appropriate clinician for your needs.
On the day appointment requests will be assessed by our duty team. You may see one of the following clinicians:

Advanced Nurse Practitioner
-
Advanced Paramedic Practitioner
-
In-House Pharmacist
-
GP (either here at the surgery or at BHI Parkside)

Sometimes you may be re-directed to hospital services e.g. Minor Injuries
If you feel you need a home visit, please telephone before 12:00pm midday. Your request will be assessed by a senior clinician. Examining you in the surgery is much better than examining you in your own home. We do encourage patients to attend the surgery wherever possible.
We respectively ask that each appointment is for one person and one problem. If you need to discuss many issues, please request a double appointment when you book.
Routine Appointments Within 2 weeks
Routine appointments can be face to face in person, a telephone call, or over a video link. Sometimes a clinician may assist you online or by SMS text message if appropriate to do so. We try to book all our routine appointment requests within 2 weeks.

By calling 01527 575800 - For non urgent appointments, please avoid calling between 8:30 and 10:30am. If you have a medical emergency you can call us from 8:00am

You can request a routine appointment online . We will respond with either an appointment or advice, within 3 working days

Enhanced Access
Some appointments are available outside of our normal opening hours. Appointments may be earlier in the morning, later in the evening, or at weekends. You may be seen here at the surgery or at BHI Parkside. Appointments are provided by Bromsgrove and District Primary Care Network.
