You should usually allow five working days from the date a test is undertaken before attempting to view the result on the NHS App or contacting the surgery for the result. However, please note that results for more complex tests can take a lot longer as they are processed out of area or they require a longer period of time to interpret by a clinician. Test results may be sent to you via SMS text message if we have your consent to do so. If you believe any of your personal information may have changed please complete an online change of details form.
